Kenyetta Marion, CEO of Yetta Cosmetics. I am a 26-year-old Active Duty Service Member who pursued my dream to be an Entrepreneur. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a self- taught MUA who loves using makeup to enhance my beauty. I have been into makeup since 2017 and I have tried multiple products. After trying multiples products, I decided to launch my very own Cosmetic line that would help artist like me achieve a flawless makeup application. Before Yetta Cosmetics, my cosmetic line was called Formation by Yetta. I decided to change the name because I wanted something that represented me not a representation of anything else. Formation by Yetta name was created based on the military and I wanted to separate myself from that because I wanted to express myself through my brand. In the military you’re not allowed to express yourself as a person, there is standards. Using Yetta Cosmetics you are allowed to express who you are as a person and there is no standard to how you can do or use your makeup.
